CLESIGN is committed to providing the highest level of customer care. To ensure each customer is completely satisfied, we guarantee all CLESIGN products to be free of manufacturer defects and to perform to the highest quality standards.
Returns Our policy lasts 30 days.
We stand behind everything we sell, If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, your order can be returned (we will deduct the cost of freight refund), we cannot refund shipping charges or pay for return shipping unless the wrong item was shipped. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Starting 01 Oct 17 we're offering Free Returns on all H.K orders. Please note, we are not able to process exchanges at this time.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How to return my items? Easy! Follow the steps below:
Simply fill out the return form and place it in your package
Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package (Only for Hong Kong)
Drop the package off with the appropriate shipping provider. and we'll process your return within 7 days of receipt
Your return will be accepted if your item:
Is returned within 30 days of receipt.
Has not been used, worn, and washed.
Tags and Packaging are attached.
The following returns are not accepted:
Over 30 days since you received your order.
Item has been actively used or worn.
Item has been altered or washed.
Tags or Packaging have been removed.
Customized items cannot be refunded unless defective or damaged during shipping.
Additional non-returnable items:
If CLESIGN is requested to pay for additional taxes upon arrival of your returned merchandise we will refuse the parcel and it will be returned to sender.If using your own shipping method, please return to the following address:

Please note all items are subject to inspection. The cost of shipping is non-refundable and a $15 restocking fee may be applied. Due to an automatic ordering system, order modifications are no longer possible once your order has been placed online. As soon as your order is shipped out, you will receive a tracking email that will enable you to track your package.
If you are shipping an item over $75USD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
CLESIGN would be happy to offer returns and exchanges from countries outside of the Hong Kong, however, please keep in mind that the customer will be fully responsible for checking that all applicable duties and taxes would be charged to them directly if any should arise.

Return/Exchange Processing: Products Not Purchased at CLESIGN online or store
If the mat wasn’t bought directly from us, you’ll have to contact the venue you purchased your mat from, as your mat will be subject to the return/exchange policy of the company you bought your mat from (example- mats purchased on Agency Store will be subject to Agency Store's return policy). If you have trouble making a return through your original seller, please let us know and we will do our best to assist you.
